Delivery

Delivery is free on every order, sent on a next working day service anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Cost

Nothing. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend and no charge added at checkout.

Timing

All orders are dispatched from Manchester, United Kingdom, on a next working day service.

Order before 12pm and it is dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking.

During exceptionally busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer. Once an order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands; a next working day service is what we buy, not a guarantee we can give on their behalf.

Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
