Our creams
What is tallow cream?
Our tallow creams are naturally rich skincare products made using grass-fed beef tallow, extra virgin olive oil and raw honey. Our scented varieties use carefully selected 100% pure natural absolutes rather than synthetic fragrance.
What ingredients do you use?
The base of our tallow creams is made with grass-fed, Halal-certified beef tallow, extra virgin olive oil and raw honey. Our scented varieties also contain carefully selected 100% pure natural absolutes. The full ingredient list is shown on each product page and product packaging.
Are your ingredients halal?
Yes. All ingredients used in our tallow creams are 100% halal. The grass-fed beef tallow used in our creams is Halal certified. Our creams also contain extra virgin olive oil and raw honey, with our scented varieties fragranced exclusively using 100% pure natural absolutes.
While our beef tallow is Halal certified and all ingredients used in our creams are halal, the finished Daddy Enterprises products are not represented as independently Halal certified unless specifically stated.
What is the difference between the three creams?
Unscented: Our simplest option, made without any added fragrance.
Vanilla Reef: Naturally scented with 100% pure Vanilla Absolute and Blue Lotus Absolute.
Ocean Suede: Naturally scented with 100% pure Blue Lotus, Seaweed and Oakmoss Absolutes.
Do your creams contain synthetic fragrance?
No. We do not add synthetic fragrance to our tallow creams. Vanilla Reef and Ocean Suede are scented exclusively using 100% pure natural absolutes.
Is the unscented cream completely fragrance-free?
No fragrance is added to our Unscented Tallow Cream. Because it contains naturally derived ingredients including tallow, extra virgin olive oil and raw honey, it may still have a mild natural aroma.
Using them
How do I use tallow cream?
Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage gently until absorbed. A little goes a long way, so start with a small amount and apply more if required.
Can I use tallow cream on my face?
Our tallow creams are designed for cosmetic skin use. Always follow the directions and precautions shown on the product packaging. If you have particularly sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend patch testing before first use.
Should I patch test the cream?
Yes. We recommend patch testing before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or are trying one of our scented products for the first time. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Can I use it around my eyes?
Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
How should I store my tallow cream?
Keep the jar closed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Follow any additional storage information shown on the packaging.
How long does the cream last?
Please refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol or best-before information shown on your product packaging.
Allergens and safety
Do your products contain fragrance allergens?
Natural aromatic ingredients can naturally contain substances classified as fragrance allergens. Where a fragrance allergen is required to be individually declared, it will be shown in the product's ingredient list in accordance with applicable cosmetic labelling requirements. Always check the full ingredient list before use if you have a known allergy or sensitivity.
Does natural mean allergen-free?
No. Natural ingredients can still contain naturally occurring allergens or cause sensitivities in some individuals.
Why can the colour, texture or aroma vary?
We use naturally derived ingredients, so minor variations in colour, texture and natural aroma can occur between batches. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a problem with the product.
Can I use the product if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving medical treatment, have a diagnosed skin condition, have known allergies or are unsure whether an ingredient is suitable for you, we recommend speaking to an appropriate healthcare professional before use. Daddy Enterprises Ltd cannot provide individual medical advice.
Are your tallow creams medicines?
No. Our tallow creams are cosmetic skincare products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Subscriptions
How do monthly subscriptions work?
Where a monthly subscription option is available, it is a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically each month at the subscription price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. A cancellation will not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched. Products already supplied remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Delivery on subscription orders is free, as it is on any other order.
Delivery and returns
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide throughout the United Kingdom.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Every order is sent on a next working day service. Order before 12pm and it is dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. During exceptionally busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information.
